Shipping policy

Free shipping
Shipping is free on every order. Available countries are shown at checkout.

Processing time
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 6–12 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 8–14 business days of purchase. These are estimates; carriers can occasionally take longer in peak seasons or because of events outside our control.

Christmas delivery
To receive your order before Christmas, please order by December 5. Orders placed after that date may arrive after December 25.

Shipping confirmation
We will email you a tracking number when your order ships, so you can follow your package.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@serinoire.com and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

30-day returns
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and our returns address is in Spain. Returned pillows must be clean, undamaged and complete (including the cover). Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Import duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.

Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@serinoire.com.
